FiTeL S121S Handheld Fusion Splicer
Splicing for Single Fiber; Built-in Tight Holder for Splicing with super-short fiber lengths
A T-shape splicer, especially designed for FTTx, LAN, and other construction work. The splicer can also be used for maintenance repair and educational purposes. It is a highly cost effective unit with a color LCD screen.
The S121S machine uses the traditional fiber clamp method and features a smaller lid, which allows splicing with a shorter fiber length and makes it ideally suited for applications where the need for a fast repair splice outweighs the need for an extremely low-loss splice.
Like the S121A, the unit comes equipped with a heat-shrink oven, lithium ion batteries, and a battery charger. An AC/DC adapter is available and battery capacity is 50 splices without using the heat-shrink oven.
The unit features fully automatic fiber feed, alignment, splicing arc, and tension test. You can monitor all splicing operations for accuracy using the unit’s integrated CCD camera and 2.5-inch LCD display.
